The rooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned. Amenities include high speed wireless Internet, Cable TV, DVD Player, Kettle and Toaster.

Each flat has all the basic amenities such as a washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, gas and iron. Each flat also has one or two common toilets, a common area and an area to dry your clothes. Weekly cleaning of the common area, toilet and kitchen is provided.
